Bloomberg Opens Campaign Field Office at Greystone’s Harlem 125

Michael Bloomberg’s presidential campaign has opened a field office at Greystone Property Development’s Harlem 125 rentals. The 3,500-square-foot lease at 69 E. 12th St. runs for six months, with an option to extend for an additional six months.

“125th Street is an incredibly exciting corridor with everything that’s come on line recently, and it’s no surprise that the Bloomberg campaign recognizes the benefits of this location and the functionality of the space,” said Thomas P. Ryan, head of Greystone Property Development: “We are thrilled to provide a base for a vibrant operation in the political arena.”

The lease was brokered by Winick Realty senior director Hal Shapiro and director Daniel D. DePasquale. Also located on the ground floor of the 75-unit Harlem 125 is the MTA Second Avenue Subway Information Center.
