Owner-developer Building and Land Technology (BLT), based in Stamford, CT, has been diversifying its tenant roster at properties in both Stamford and Norwalk, CT, also in Fairfield County. Among the new tenants is FactSet, which leased 173,000 square feet at BLT’s 45 Glover Ave. in Norwalk for its global headquarters.

Other recent additions include Diageo, which will occupy 57,551 square feet at Gen Re’s former headquarters, 200 Elm St. in Stamford; health intelligence company Sema4, which leased roughly 70,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at 62 Southfield Ave. in Stamford; Colangelo, occupying 11,234 square feet at 20 Glover Ave. in Norwalk; and DaVita, which committed to 11,246 square feet at 260 Long Ridge Rd. in Stamford for a kidney dialysis center.

“Our team has been hard at work in Stamford and Norwalk creating the ecosystem for these new corporate entrants to thrive,” said Ted Ferrarone, co-president at BLT.
