Bold Films Relocates HQ to Snyder’s Creative Entertainment Campus

Bold Films is relocating its HQ next year into Hollywood 959, a new 245,000-square-foot creative entertainment campus developed by JH Snyder Company. The independent entertainment production and finance company is taking 15,000 square feet in the five-story West Wing building.

JH Snyder Co.’s Jerry Snyder says the deal with Bold Films “reinforces our decision to forge ahead with developing a new contemporary entertainment campus in Hollywood.”

The state-of-the-art media complex was completed earlier this year. Other industry companies located at Hollywood 959 include Broad Green Pictures and Formosa Group.

NGKF’s Greg Frankovich represented the tenant, while First Property’s Michael Geller advised the landlord.

Among Bold’s recent notable films are “Nightcrawler,” “Whiplash” and “Drive,” which have been nominated for movie industry top awards.
