Boler Will Relocate Global HQ to Former Motorola Campus

Global manufacturer the Boler Company will relocate its headquarters to the former Motorola Solutions campus in Schaumburg, village officials said Tuesday. Boler’s new headquarters will be part of Urban Street Group’s Veridian mixed-use development underway at the site.

Currently based in Itasca, Boler is the parent company to Hendrickson Holdings and Anchor Harvey. Its new headquarters will include an eight-story, 180,000-square-foot office development with a parking garage, to be built on a 4.2-acre site just north of Zurich North America’s headquarters. Two additional office developments totaling 270,000 square feet will come later.

Matt Frank, Schaumburg’s director of economic development, said, “The village welcomes the addition of this global headquarters and its long-term investment in the community, as it will bring quality jobs along with millions of dollars of new economic activity to the region.” Boler is expected to complete its relocation in the fourth quarter of 2020.
