Bonebrake Assumes PM Reins of JLL’s Industrial Portfolio

Chicago-based JLL selected Debra Bonebrake to head up the CRE firm’s U.S. industrial property management division. Based in San Diego at its UTC office, she will oversee a national industrial portfolio that exceeds 150 million square feet.

Bonebrake brings more than 30 years of property management experience, most recently serving at San Diego-based Realty Income Corp. since 2014. She also served 18 years at San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. She reports to Craig Meyer, Americas president of industrial brokerage and industrial capital markets, as well as Dan Pufunt, Americas president for property management.

Bonebrake developed Prologis into a world-class property management organization, overseeing a portfolio that grew from 70 million to 350 million square feet. She led the effort to transform Prologis from an organization with multiple regional systems to a single global platform.
