Boston Properties acquired Waltham Woods Corporate Center, a 392,000-square-foot suburban office park in Waltham. The sales price was reported by various media outlets as being between $105 million and $107 million. New York-based Clarion Partners was the seller.
Located at 880 and 890 Winter St., the property consists of two buildings and is nearby Boston Properties’ 58-acre Bay Colony office park, which it acquired in 2011 for $185 million.
Waltham Woods is located in Boston’s Route 128 Northwest submarket, which has had more than 400,000 square feet of office absorption in 2019.
