BoundTrain Real Estate has acquired a 65,078-square-foot office building located at 2300 9th St. in South Arlington. The sales price was not disclosed.

Constructed in 1970, the eight-story office property features a top floor balcony with views of the Washington Monument, the Washington National Cathedral and Rosslyn. BoundTrain plans to renovate and reposition the building as a modern, boutique office alternative.
