Brandywine Realty Trust retained JLL as the exclusive retail leasing advisor for Broadmoor, a 66-acre, mixed-use transit-oriented development project in northwest Austin. JLL has also been tapped to manage the marketing and sales efforts for the approximately two-acre hospitality site within the project. JLL’s Barry Haydon and Jon Switzer are heading up the retail marketing and leasing efforts, while colleague Joe Dowdle is handling the hospitality site.
Broadmoor is at Palm Way and Burnet Road, bordering the large, master-planned Domain. The development also is neighbor to regional corporate offices of tech companies. The area is served by Austin’s “MetroRail” commuter train line, as well as a MetroRapid bus line. Upon buildout, the project will offer more than three million square feet of office space, close to three million square feet of multifamily space, of acres of park space, and more than 23 miles of planned jogging and bike routes.
