Brennan Investment Group ended a three-year hold on two industrial buildings in Austin, selling them to Stonelake Capital Partners of Texas. The Chicago seller’s disposition lightened its portfolio by approximately 84,535 square feet.
The portfolio consists of:
- 4120 Commercial Center Dr. in Austin’s southeast submarket, near Ben White Blvd. U.S. 183 and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Tenants include Skyline Fine Art Printing, Pinnacle Fiber and Trade Finishing & Graphic Services LLC.
- 9210 Cameron Dr., in the northeast submarket, has convenient access to Interstate 35 and U.S. 183. Tenants include Stellar Display Corp., Compass Group USA Inc. and Shimadzu Precision Instruments.
“Brennan Investment Group bought these properties three years ago and implemented a property improvement plan that included new roofs and cosmetic enhancements, enabling us to increase rents and values,” said Brennan’s Troy MacMane.
