Bristol Farms Opens First San Fernando Valley Store

Bristol Farms is opening its first store in the San Fernando Valley at Regency Centers’ El Camino Shopping Center in Woodland Hills. The Carson-based upscale grocer signed a lease for 30,501 square feet, and will anchor the center, along with an existing CVS Pharmacy.

Build-out of the Bristol Farms’ space is slated to start in May, and the store is scheduled to open later this year, and will also replace the Westlake Village location. Regency is moving forward with plans to simultaneously remodel the entire 130,542-square-foot shopping center.

Cypress Retail Group’s Tim Genske represented Bristol Farms in the transaction. The Westlake Village broker has exclusively represented the retailer for 12 years.
