Brookfield Properties recently added 4444 Irving Blvd. in Dallas to its U.S. logistics portfolio. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

The 15-acre infill truck terminal is located less than five miles from the Dallas CBD. The property features a 57,000-square-foot terminal with 118 doors and an expansive yard for both truck and car parking.

The facility’s central location and functionality are ideal for companies looking to service the growing population density in the DFW Metroplex and broader region, Brookfield says. It’s fully leased to a national transportation company.

Brookfield says the Dallas-Fort Worth region continues to be a market of great focus for its business, “with its growing population, unparalleled institutional investment liquidity, and exceptional tenant demand.” The company is opening a new office in the Park District of Dallas with new team members focused on ground-up development opportunities, building acquisitions and portfolio opportunities.
