Brooklyn Development Site for $2.7M

A development site in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn is on offer for $2.65 million.

The property at 3116 Clarendon Rd. is on a residential block among low-level buildings, detached Victorian houses and one-and-two-bedroom family homes.

“The property’s location on a tree-line residential block makes it ideal,” says Shawn Sadaghati, realty associate with GFI.

Approved plans already on file with the city permit the construction of an elevator building with 22 apartments, a 3,000-square-foot community facility and an eight-car underground parking garage. Or, if buyers have their own ideas, the site’s R6 zoning would allow a developer to build a 18,000-square-foot residential building.
