CMA Holdings Inc. sold a Burger King restaurant for $2.1 million. The single-tenant, net-leased property at 101 Farm-to-Market Rd. 306 in New Braunfels, TX, sold to a Texas-based private investor as part of a 1031 exchange. Randy Blankstein and John Feeney with the Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction.

The 4,196-square-foot property is situated near Interstate 35, midway between Austin and San Antonio. The restaurant is across the street from a recently completed H-E-B grocery store, and is across the interstate from Town Center at Creekside, a xx-square-foot retail center anchored by Target, J.C. Penney, Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods, to name a few tenants.

“Single tenant Burger King properties continue to garner significant interest amongst private investors” Blankenstein said. Added Feeney: “E-commerce resistant retailers, including tenants in the QSR sector, continue to be in high demand amongst investors.”
