C-III Renegotiates, Extends Irving Office Lease

C-III Asset Management renegotiated and extended its office lease in the Irving, TX neighborhood of Las Colinas. The deal comes after commercial real estate loan provider C-III spent close to a year looking for new space. After touring seven properties, the tenant opted to stay put at 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. and redesign its current space.

NAI Robert Lynn’s Tom Lynn and Zach Stevens worked with Joe Akers at C-III to represent the tenant. Bill Brokaw with Hillwood self-represented the landlord.

“Our team first worked with C-III in the sale of the former Blockbuster distribution center in McKinney, and we were thrilled to partner with them to find the right space for their team,” Lynn said. “There are several exciting developments taking place near Williams Square, and with the ability to redesign the space to fit their growing needs, we are confident C-III’s new office will be the perfect location for many years to come.”
