STRIVE, a recent Texas winner in Connect Media’s annual Top Broker Awards, recently completed the sale of a Service King in the Houston suburb of Rosenberg, TX. The property, which has been operating as a collision repair shop for nearly 40 years, has a long-term net lease in place.

Situated on Avenue H in Rosenberg, the property sits in a growing area of the town. The population has increased 31% in the past few years, with another 19% of growth projected by 2023.

The property is also less than half a mile from Lamar Consolidated High School, while surrounding national retailers include Walmart Supercenter, Fiesta, Dollar General, McDonald’s, CVS Pharmacy, McCoy’s Building Supply, Planet Fitness and Walgreens, among others.

STRIVE’s Kyle Rozell represented both the seller, an investor from Texas, and the buyer, an investor from the Los Angeles area. Additional terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.
