Holy wow. There might be a bubble here. It seems like tech firms are insatiable for office space right now. What concerns us is that there is ONE INDUSTRY in San Francisco that is filing up all of this space. Remember the late 90s? We had a million tech firms that went out of business and destroyed the economy.
Here’s the thing. San Francisco is not that big of a city. In the first three months of this year, though, our absorption rate has hit 900,0000 square feet. We wonder what this is going to mean for the commercial real estate industry.
Can the S.F. market get any more insane?
