Eastbourne Investments, headquartered in Toronto, ended its more than 10-year hold on the 50,502-square-foot Oak Creek Plaza in Austin’s Northwest submarket. Eastbourne sold the asset to TMFE Health Quality Institute, headquartered in Austin, for an undisclosed price. JLL’s Jeff Coddington and Kevin Kimbrough led the sales team on behalf of the seller.
Situated on 7.7 acres at 3107 Oak Creek Dr., Oak Creek Plaza is near The Domain and Arboretum. The two-story office building is LEED Gold Certified, and includes covered and surface parking, bike storage, and men’s and women’s showers. The Travis Central Appraisal District valued the asset at $14.3 million.
