Carey Levy Returns to Lead Passco’s Development Company

Irvine, CA-based Passco Companies said Carey P. Levy rejoined the firm and will serve as president of its development business entity. He previously served in the same capacity from 2007 to 2013.

Passco Companies’ Larry Sullivan says, “We are extremely pleased to have Carey return as part of the Passco team, where he will play a critical role as we continue to expand our platform and initiate an increasing number of development projects.”

Levy will be responsible for overseeing development and value-add repositioning acquisitions, entitlements, construction, and financing on a national scale, across multiple real estate asset types. Levy brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate investment and development experience, most recently as COO of Granite Investment Group. He has been responsible for the management of portfolios totaling upwards of $2 billion in value. He has an extensive background in the seniors housing sector, spearheading the growth of a portfolio exceeding 40 properties.
