The Ocean Ridge office building in Carlsbad recently traded for $28.1 million. Miller Global Properties, based out of Denver, bought the building from an affiliate of LaSalle Investment Management, in a deal brokered by CBRE.
The three-story building, at nearly 75,000 square feet, was constructed in 2006 and was 77 percent leased at the time of purchase. Tenants include Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley and other institutions. Miller has ownership of about $1.5 billion of properties of management.
