Veteran commercial real estate broker Caryl Brown has re-joined Kidder Mathews’ Portland office as a vice president. Brown was previously with Commercial Integrity Northwest (CINW), a small retail-focused brokerage firm.
Brown brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate industry experience, including seven years with Kidder Mathews. She specializes in landlord and tenant representation for lease and sales transactions in Portland’s CBD, Pearl District, and Vancouver’s central city neighborhoods.
Brown has represented the Pearl District’s premier landlords and developers, negotiating lease and sale transactions for both retail and creative office space, including new-build high rise, mixed-use projects, and historic and adaptive reuse projects. High profile projects she has been involved in include reconfiguring and re-tenanting the multi-building Schofield Block in downtown Vancouver and the retail leasing assignments for Holland Partner Groups’ two mixed-use projects known as Block 10 and Coen & Columbia.
