Cawley Chicago has been hired by High Street Realty to lease 16230-16342 W. 163rd St in Lockport, IL, known as 355 Logistics Center. The two-building industrial portfolio totals more than 600,000 square feet, and is divisible down to 50,000 square feet.
“With visibility and easy access onto I-355, this prime location significantly cuts down on drive times to the city,” said Cawley principal Joshua Hearne, who will lease the two properties with associate Calvin Gunn.
High Street recently acquired 355 Logistics Center from Exeter Property Group, which delivered the two buildings in the first quarter of 2018. Building one totals 308,988 square feet, while building two is 302,588 square feet.
