Cawley Partners announced its newest Class A office development, HQ53. The 200,000-square-foot speculative building will be at 5300 Headquarters Dr. in Plano, TX. The Dallas developer plans to break ground on the project in September 2019, with delivery scheduled by September 2020.
Designed by BOKA Powell, HQ53 is designed as a creative office space, with 50,000-square-foot plates. The building will provide 6:1,000 parking, with 50% garage space and 50% surface parking. The location is close to retail, dining and entertainment options.
Cawley Partners’ Kristi Waddell is preleasing the space. She noted that the project’s creative design and nearby amenities are ideal for tenants seeking high-end, collaborative office space in an accessible area.
