Dornin Investment Group has sold a single-tenant office building, leased to the County of Riverside, to an undisclosed Los Angeles-based private investor for an undisclosed price.
CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache, Doug Mack, Bryan Johnson, Will Cole and Sammy Cemo represented Dornin.
Located at 2300 Market St. in Riverside, the 63,760-square-foot, Class A office building is 100-percent leased to the County of Riverside which recently signed a five-year extension that also expanded their footprint at the property.
The three-story building was originally constructed in 2006 as part of the three building Market Street Corporate Center campus, which Dornin acquired in a portfolio acquisition for $44 million in 2018.
According to CBRE’s Cemo, “This site is extremely critical for the County’s day-to-day operations, a fact that makes it a very reliable tenant. That’s great news for the new ownership that was seeking a stable, income-producing investment.”
