An industrial and office park in Agoura Hills that traded hands last week is set to undergo a transformation into a new creative office campus. Canwood Business Park was acquired by Majestic Asset Management, Inc. and JS/JS Properties, Inc. for $21 million.
The four-building, 120,000-square-foot property, located at 5126, 5137, 5142, and 5155 Clareton Dr., will be repositioned and rebranded as Tech Park @ Canwood. This is Van Nuys-based Majestic Asset Management’s second significant Conejo Valley transaction in two years.
CBRE’s Matthew Heyn, Troy Pollet, and David Solomon represented the buyer. The seller, The Johnston Group, was represented in-house by Steve Morse.
