CBRE Completes $25.5M Mid-Counties Industrial Sale

CBRE Group, Inc. completed a $25.5-million, off-market sale of a single tenant net leased industrial property located in Buena Park, CA. The transaction is the largest free-standing industrial sale in Orange County so far in 2016.

The 218,640 square-foot free-standing facility, located at 6280 Artesia Blvd., has a large fenced yard, truck court and major street visibility. The asset is currently occupied by Exemplis Corp., which produces office seating products.

CBRE’s Josh Bonwell, Rick McGeagh and Steve Young represented the buyer, Greenlaw Partners. Corporate Real Estate Services’ Rick Hertel represented the seller, SHA Enterprises, Inc.

CBRE’s Bonwell says because the Mid-Counties region has “little land left to develop industrial buildings, we expect continued rent growth, increasing sale prices and high demand from tenants and buyers.”
