Two leases totaling more than 27,000 square feet have been inked at the 40-story Wells Fargo Center in downtown Portland. Campbell Global, the sustainable timberland and natural resource investment management firm, signed a 17,520-square-foot lease, and will move its corporate headquarters into Oregon’s tallest building. The second deal involves the Portland branch of San Francisco-based law firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, which will take 10,068 square feet.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Doug Deurwaarder represented Campbell Global, and CBRE’s Trevor Kafoury advised Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. CBRE’s Kafoury, Michelle Franceschi, Al Kennedy and Autumn Brice negotiated both transactions on behalf of the landlord.
Wells Fargo Center, located at 1300 SW 5th Ave., is wrapping up a major renovation this quarter and has seen significant leasing activity in recent months. In addition to the two latest deals, Pacific West Bank also recently committed to nearly 11,000 square feet in April.
