CBRE has been tapped to market Hunsucker Crossing, a 500-acre, mixed-use development with a 265-acre industrial park in Conover, N.C.

Located within an hour of the Charlotte metro area, the property is currently owned by a local family who used the land for farming. Potential land uses for the property include retail, hospitality, office, multifamily, residential and industrial park projects. Katherine Southard and Tom Evans of CBRE represent the current owner while marketing the property for sale.

“We are excited to expand our presence in the Conover area and market this exceptional land. Potential developers and investors will be impressed by the property’s premiere location, unlimited possible uses, and the community’s strong labor force to create an excellent mixed-use development,” said Southard.
