Real Capital Analytics (RCA) announced its list of the top brokerages in the global commercial real estate market for 2018. CBRE headed the eighth annual ranking of investment sales brokers, with JLL ranked No. 2 and Cushman & Wakefield claiming the third slot.
CBRE took the top slots on the Americas and Asia Pacific region rankings. While RCA’s EMEA rankings have JLL at the top of the list.

The brokers in RCA’s annual ranking combined for $597 billion in transaction volume in 2018, up from $556 billion in 2017. RCA notes 63% of all eligible deals recorded by the firm involved a brokerage firm, a number that is up five percentage points over the last five years.
The global top 10 included:
- Cushman & Wakefield
- Eastdil Secured
- Colliers International
- BNP Paribas
- Marcus & Millichap
