CBRE’s Brown Will Head Project Management for NJ

CBRE promoted Eric Brown to director of the New Jersey project management team. Prior to his promotion, Brown served as a senior project manager at CBRE.

In his new role, Brown will focus on business development as he partners with CBRE’s leasing and sales teams on new opportunities. He will be solidifying CBRE’s industrial project management service, while expanding focus to various other services lines including life sciences, healthcare and higher education, among others.

Coordinating with leasing professionals in New Jersey to support occupiers,  Brown will also work closely with agency and asset management to support landlords.

Eric Wagner, senior director of project management for the Tri-State Region, said Brown’s “strong leadership aligns with our continued growth and commitment to bring value to our clients. Eric’s experience is exceptional as he has overseen some of our largest accounts in New Jersey.”
