Cedars-Sinai expanded its footprint to more than 100,000 square feet at the Pacific Design Center’s (PDC) green and blue buildings in West Hollywood, CA. The medical center is taking an additional 30,000 square feet.

Cedars-Sinai was represented by Todd Doney of CBRE in the expansion negotiations. Horowitz represented the landlord in-house.
“In a market where it can be difficult to find larger spaces, the PDC is at a competitive advantage,” Horowitz says. “The stellar architecture of the colorful, Class A buildings is also an attraction to our sophisticated tenants, as strikingly fresh and unique as when the PDC complex was first conceived.”
