CellNetix Secures New HQ Facility in Tukwila

CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories plans to develop a new state-of-the-art facility and headquarters in the Puget Sound suburb of Tukwila. The 46,000-square-foot space will provide CellNetix team members technologically-advanced laboratory resources, including optimized work stations for histology and grossing, and a cutting-edge molecular lab with next generation sequencing capabilities.

Hughes Marino’s Owen Rice and Gavin Curtis helped CellNetix assess the market landscape, and discover an alternative locale 10 miles south of Seattle. The anatomic and molecular pathology leader will also continue to operate a satellite site in Downtown Seattle for its Seattle-based pathologists.

CellNetix’s Kathleen Fondren says, “With the relocation of our operational hub, we’ve designed a new facility focused on efficiency and scalability, that meets the needs of our growing clients and workforce.”

Currently under a construction redesign of the existing structure, property landlord Sabey Corporation anticipates the site will be completed in April of 2020.
