Centennial Bank Southeast Florida has provided a $6.6 million construction loan for the redevelopment of Amelia Mixed Use, a mixed-use project in Hialeah.
Located at 7755 West Fourth Ave., the project will include 32-units totaling 38,350 square feet, as well as commercial space totaling 17,000 square feet. A daycare has preleased 4,500 square feet, while a local Pan.Com Sandwicheria has pre-leased 3,000 square feet, leaving 9,500 square feet of commercial space for rent.
J.C. de Ona and Joe Garcia of Centennial Bank provided the financing to the borrower, the Prestige Cos. The project signifies Prestige Cos.’ commitment to redeveloping within the Hialeah neighborhood known as the Amelia District.
