CenterCal Properties has launched construction ono the Village at Totem Lake, a 360,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in the Totem Lake neighborhood of Kirkland, WA. Upon completion, the project will offer 855 residential units, a 900-seat theater, and retail space.
The project is being built in two phases. The first phase, west of 120th Avenue Northeast, will be completed by the middle of 2018, and will include retail and residential units. Phase two will involve retail (completed by mid-2018) and residential (completed by 2019). Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s Ross, Auto Zone, Mod Pizza, Chipotle, Nordstrom Rack and Wells Fargo have already signed for space.
