Oak Brook, IL-based CenterPoint Properties tapped a team from CBRE to handle a 1.63 million square-foot industrial facility leasing assignment in Ontario, CA. In addition to its massive size and unique divisibility potential, the building sits on 94.39 paved acres.
The property is located at 5600 E Airport Rd., and includes 13,771 square feet of office space and abundant parking with 954 trailer spaces and 580 car stalls.
