Central Park Tower, a 297,672-square-foot office building in Broomfield, CO, sold for $83.5 million to GEM Realty Capital, based in Chicago. Franklin Street Properties Corp. of Boston sold the asset, which is located at 385 Interlocken Blvd.
Geoff Baukol with CBRE brokered the transaction.
The Class AA building was 86% occupied at the time of sale. The 11-story asset was built in 2010. It is the only multi-tenant building in the Interlocken building cluster that has a LEED gold-certified core and shell.
