Century West Partners Adding To Koreatown’s K2LA Community

Century West Partners is adding 350 new residences  to its upscale K2LA  apartment community in Koreatown. The Los Angeles-based developer says it expects to deliver the new K2LA units in phases through March of this year.

When completed, K2LA will feature three buildings housing a total of 476 apartments, and contribute to what Century West Partners partner Randy Fifield calls a “renaissance happening now in Koreatown.” The developer believes there’s strong demand for amenity-rich apartment living in metropolitan regions – especially when located near transit, jobs and entertainment.

Century West Partners says its design approach and rental strategy matches lifestyle shifts of people interested in urban residences, including empty-nesters, tech recruits who telecommute, creatives or consultants seeking a live-work environment, and millennials that favor flexible leases to match their highly-mobile lifestyle.
