Charlotte-based South Street Partners has acquired Coliseum Centre III, V and VI, three office buildings totaling 511,344 square feet in Charlotte. The sales price was $102 million.
Located at 2550 W. Tyvola Rd., and 2810 and 2815 Coliseum Dr., the properties were built between 1996 and 1988 and are collectively 87% occupied. Amenities at the properties include on-site dining options, three fitness centers, a conference facility, three large boardrooms, training facilities with adjacent tenant WiFi lounge and a shared collaboration area.
Ryan Clutter, Chris Lingerfelt and Zack Drozda of JLL represented the seller, America’s Capital Partners, in the transaction. Additionally, Travis Anderson and Taylor Allison of JLL secured a four-year, floating-rate acquisition loan on behalf of South Street Partners through lender Brookfield.
