Chicagoland Apt. Association Honors Management Excellence

Two suburban properties were among the top honorees at the 26th annual Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards presented by the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA). Held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, the awards celebrated 52 winners in all.

The Preserve at Cantera in Warrenville and the City View at the Highlands on Lombard took home honors for Property Excellence in Low-Rise/Garden Apartment Buildings and Mid-Rise/High-Rise Buildings Built Between 1996-2012, respectively.

The other top winners were three Chicago properties: Oglesby Towers in South Shore, Cityfront Place in Streeterville and The Residences at Addison & Clark in Lakeview.

“The CAMME Awards provide a special opportunity to honor apartment professionals who go above and beyond to serve residents throughout the apartment community,” said Michael Mini, EVP of the CAA. The association’s membership collectively owns and/or manages more than 200,000 market-rate and affordable rental units in the Chicagoland region.
