The Chicago office of Stream Realty Partners secured a long-term lease on behalf of Baum Revision with Kids’ Work Chicago Too. This mother/daughter-owned childcare and early learning group leased 30,635 square feet at Riverview at Roscoe, located at 2718 W. Roscoe St. on Chicago’s North Side.

Riverview, the former WMS campus, was acquired through a joint venture of Chicago-based Baum Revision and Dallas-based Meridian Capital from Scientific Games Corporation this past March. The campus is currently undergoing major capital improvements.

Patrick Russo, managing director at Stream, said, “The recent leasing success at Riverview at Roscoe is a testament to Baum Revision’s investment in the property. Riverview at Roscoe’s premier riverfront location will be the ideal environment for Kids’ Work Chicago Too.”

Russo, along with Adam Showalter and Jessica O’Hara of Stream’s Chicago office, represented Baum Revision. Andrew Becker with CANVAS Real Estate Collective represented Kids’ Work Chicago Too.
