ClearView Healthcare Partners, a global strategy firm with consultants who serve the life science sector, signed an eleven-year lease for 39,067 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust’s 111 W. 33rd St. The space was recaptured by ESRT from a prior tenant and fulfills the expansion needs of ClearView, which currently occupy 10,539 square feet at the property.
“ClearView knows that they can return to the office with confidence with ESRT’s leadership in Indoor Environmental Quality,” said Thomas Durels, EVP, real estate at ESRT. “ESRT’s portfolio is the first in North America to be certified under the WELL Health-Safety Rating, in addition to our advanced health and safety protocols and energy efficiency leadership.”
CBRE’s David Stockel and Brian Mackenzie represented ClearView. Keith Cody provided landlord representation from ESRT, along with Newmark’s Scott J. Klau, Erik S. Harris, and Neil L. Rubin.
