Climatec Relocates to Anaheim’s Axis Campus

Climatec signed a 24,708-square-foot lease at Axis, a fully transformed five-building office campus across the street from Angels Stadium in Anaheim, CA. The building technologies provider is relocating and expanding from Irvine into The Seligman Group’s property, run by Pendulum Property Partners.

Axis consists of a 5-story building and four 3-story buildings containing roughly 300,000 square feet. A recently completed makeover revolutionized the complex into a more singular, unified campus.

Axis now features open floor plans, high exposed ceilings, and specially designed roll-up doors. The work environment incorporates indoor and outdoor business space, with recreation areas, set among a landscaped environment.

Cushman & Wakefield’s John Tran represented the tenant, while C&W’s John Harty and Jason Ward represented the landlord.

C&W’s Harty notes, Axis “hits on all cylinders of what tenants are looking for,” and Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle is becoming a “destination for office.”
