Clothing Maker Relocates to Moonachie Warehouse

NAI James E. Hanson recently negotiated a 25,526-square-foot lease at 175 Anderson Ave. in Moonachie, NJ. Relocating from nearby Carlstadt, Cactus Clothing Co. plans to utilize the property for warehousing and distribution of garments.

An NAI Hanson team of Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter represented the landlord, 175 Anderson LLC. The lease deal follows the recent sale of the property, which DeMagistris and Vetter facilitated in April.

The new landlord plans to make several improvements to the property, including renovating the 2,500 square feet of dedicated office space and installing a new warehouse high bay LED lighting system.

“With proximity to the Port remaining a top priority for companies looking for easy access to national and international distribution channels, well-located industrial assets such as 175 Anderson Ave. continue to be hot commodities in the industrial market,” said Vetter.
