Co-working Company Lands at Lincoln’s Flight in Tustin

Work Well Win signed a 25,348-square-foot lease at Lincoln Property Co.’s Flight @ Tustin Legacy in Tustin, CA. This will be the co-working company’s second location in California — the other is in Santa Monica — and is set to open this August.

The 870,000-square-foot mixed-use campus, located at Flight Way and Barranca Parkway, is designed to be one of the highest-quality and most-efficient projects in SoCal. The new creative office campus is adjacent and connected to Tustin’s Legacy Park, a 26-acre area that will offer trails and open spaces and eventually connect to the Metrolink station.

CBRE’s Carter Haslam represented the tenant. CBRE’s Matt Didier, Jennifer Whittington and David Dowd advised the landlord.

“This opportunity is a win-win all around,” said Haslam. “Work Well Win will complement the premier essence of Flight and its wellness-focused design, which aligns perfectly with the company’s service offerings.”
