Colliers Expands San Diego Urban Property Team

Colliers International added Amy McNamara to its Urban Property Team in San Diego. The addition further expands the team’s established retail, office and mixed-use leasing, sales and advisory services across the region, which has closed lease and sales transactions valued at more than one billion dollars.

McNamara brings more than 30 years of experience in the private client capacity. She has served as a vice president in the Carlsbad office since joining Colliers in 2014. Earlier in her CRE career, McNamara held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, and Coldwell Banker Commercial, Almar Real Estate Group. She also spent 21 years at NKF when it was Grubb & Ellis.

Colliers International’s Bill Shrader says, “Amy will bolster our team’s ability to create, optimize, protect value in and forge the next generation of local, vibrant streetscapes on behalf of our clients, especially in North County.”
