Commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International has hired four industry veterans in its Baltimore office. The group includes Tom Gentner, Brian Watts, Brian Siegel and Jason Sullivan, who all come to the firm from Transwestern.
Gentner, Watts, and Siegel all join the firm as senior vice presidents and will report to Executive Managing Director & Market Leader Matt Gannon. Sullivan will join the firm as vice president and will also report to Gannon. The team will focus mainly on industrial leasing with an additional emphasis on the office sector throughout Maryland.
“This addition of these professionals exemplifies the strategic growth of our practice and will deepen our service capabilities and platform strength along the eastern seaboard,” said Gannon. “In light of the region’s rapidly expanding industrial sector, welcoming this highly experienced group allows us to expand our footprint throughout Maryland.”
