Colliers International has been tapped to secure the sale of the 530-acre Marlboro College campus in southern Vermont.

Located 10 miles from Brattleboro, the historic college is composed of 58 buildings and more than 210,000 square feet of facilities. The property also features 17 miles of on-campus trails. The campus is host to the annual Marlboro Music Festival, a classical music festival, which will continue moving forward.

“This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a superb property, surrounded by the unparalleled beauty of New England’s natural environment,” said Bruce Lusa, senior vice president at Colliers.

“Marlboro College faithfully served its town and the neighboring Brattleboro communities for nearly 75 years and moving forward, the campus’ location, value and infrastructure will ensure that its new owners will continue to positively impact the area for years to come.”
