Colliers U.S. expanded its Puget Sound leadership team with the addition of Beth Halvorsen as Executive Managing Director and the new leader of its Seattle and Bellevue brokerage business. Halvorsen brings more than 30 years of leadership and business development experience, including spending five years leading CBRE’s property management in the Pacific Northwest.

Halvorsen will hold responsibility for the day-to-day management of Colliers’ brokerage operations including tenant representation, agency leasing and capital markets. Bill Condon and Derek Heed will remain as key members of the Colliers Puget Sound leadership team while focusing their efforts more on their already thriving brokerage businesses.

Halvorsen most recently served as an independent consultant within the real estate industry for the past two years. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles within the institutional real estate sector, including as an asset manager at TA Associates Realty and as a corporate real estate portfolio manager for Fidelity Investments.
