Colony Capital struck a deal with McDonald Development Co. to acquire the 479,100-square-foot LeeVista Business Center, located within the 1,900-acre, mixed-use LeeVista, adjacent to Orlando International Airport. The California-based buyer paid $47.9 million to the seller, which is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Davis, Michael Lerner and Rick Brugge represented McDonald Development.
The portfolio at 7415-7443 Emerald Dunes Dr. consists of three rear-load warehouse and distribution facilities developed between 2009-2016, and situated on 27.7 acres. LeeVista Center was 84.4% leased at the time of sale, with tenants including Thales USA, ThyssenKrupp Industrial Services, Siemens Corp., Carrier and DHL Global Mail.
