Columbus Pacific has acquired Market Street at Health Brook, a 393,387-square-foot, mixed-use lifestyle and entertainment center in Ocala, approximately 80 miles northwest of Orlando. The sales price was $39.7 million. The sale also includes more than 60,000 square feet of available space and excess land for future development.

The center was constructed in 2008 and is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Barnes & Noble, DSW, Old Navy and Ulta Beauty. The center is currently being expanded with the addition of a 12-screen Epic Theaters entertainment component scheduled to open in December.

Danny Finkle, Luis Castillo, Eric Williams, Whitaker Leonhardt and Megan Fitzpatrick of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
