Less than a month after announcing a lease at FactorySix03, co-working company Common Desk unveiled plans to open its seventh space, in the Dallas suburb of Addison, TX. The company leased 26,500 square feet in FOURTEEN5 office park, which is being developed by Cawley Partners.

FOURTEEN5, at Dallas North Tollway and Landmark Boulevard, will have two, 240,000-square-foot office buildings. Common Desk will move into Phase 1 at 14555 Dallas Pkwy., which recently opened and is 92% leased. Cawley is planning to launch construction on Phase 2 in spring 2019.

“We’ve heard so many requests to bring Common Desk to the Lower Tollway/Addison area over the years,” said Common Desk CEO and founder Nick Clark. “FOURTEEN5 is a visionary project with a robust amenity set, and it provides the perfect space for our exciting entry into Addison.”
